Who doesn’t love smoothies? They are yummy delicious drinks that are packed with tons of nutrients and minerals. With the right combination of ingredients, you can have yourself an amazing pre workout, breakfast or even a dinner drink. Today I will be posting about 5 smoothies recipes, a different one for every day of the week. These smoothies are super easy to make and are a great way to start off you’re day or end it.
Some nutritional facts about smoothies – one glass contains antioxidants, protein, and fiber that helps fight belly fat and reduces bloating.

Monday Smoothie – yellow smoothie – This is a great smoothie to start off your week. Feel free to substitute the greek yogurt for a fruit one or a vegan one if you do not eat dairy.
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Tuesday Smoothie – Orange Smoothie – if you love oranges as much as I do then this smoothie is for you!
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 small orange, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 peach, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot – grated
Wednesday Smoothie – Red Smoothie – This smoothie is packed full of so many amazing nutritious fruits to give you an amazing morning boost!
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen watermelon
Thursday Smoothie – Purple Smoothie – this is my favorite smoothie, I love the color purple and I love every one of these fruits separately and when they are blended together they are incredible!
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries ( I usually use fresh ones but it does not really matter)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup cherries, pitted
Friday Smoothie – Green Smoothie – This is the last day of the week smoothie! It is a great way to end your week because it gives you a great boost and tastes oh so good!
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 avocado (sounds weird but it’s delicious ) , peeled
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 handful of baby spinach
Directions for all of the smoothies
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the blender
- Next add the remaining ingredients
- Blend the mixture until combined
- The blended mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes: If you are vegan then free feel to use a vegan yogurt and milk. Also, if you do not like a certain ingredients you can omit it and substitute it for something else or not.
