Essential oils are one of the most popular health aids. They have been used for thousands of years by tribes all over the globe and are still wildly popular today. If you are looking to improve your health, ward off bugs, reduce stress, promote healthy skin and oral health, then implementing essential oils into your routine can be very beneficial.
Note: I am not a health professional, I just did research on these oils and composed a post with the information I found. I use essential oils everyday in my routine so I know a lot of useful information about them. But do your own research about a specific oil before using to ensure you are using it properly on your skin.
