Gluten-free Pecan Pie {gf, df}

No Thanksgiving is complete without a pecan pie, and the perfect gluten-free one is here!

Being gluten-free can be difficult, especially during the Holidays. You’re surrounded by all these sweets and pies and cookies, and all you want is to take a bite, but you can’t. I’ve been gluten-free for over 5 years and can honestly say that there are still days when I miss being able to eat a slice of NY pizza or not worry about the ‘contains these common food allergies’ label. But instead of being bummed that there will be a few food items that I can’t eat this Holiday season, I’m making my own! And there’s nothing better to make then this delicious pecan pie.

If you love pecan pie or pies in general then you definitely need to try this recipe. It’s easy to make and tastes amazing, all without containing gluten! It’s a win win!

Make pecan pie this Holiday season or during a family gathering and it’s sure to become a new family favorite. ๐Ÿ™‚
