The benefits of eating paleo are immense. From an increase in mood and energy to avoiding unhealthy processed sugars, eating paleo is the way to go. But let’s face it, unless you’re making the food yourself, when it’s time to eat out or go to a party there’s a high chance you’ll be snacking on carrots and water all night; and that’s not the way you want to enjoy a party.
