On the 12th & final day of blogmas DIY Lifestyle gave to me, a post about spending quality time with family this season.
As I wrap up yet another year of blogmas I look over the past year with a smile on my face. Blogging this Christmas season has been a blast. All the comments, likes, follows, they are one of the best Christmas presents I could ask for. So I thank you. 🙂
Holidays are such a wonderful time to spend with family; that is what should be on your mind. But, sometimes due to the hectic nature that comes with them, we lose track of the true meaning of Christmas/ The Holidays. So, my biggest tip to you is to take a step back, regroup, and not let little things like wanting to host the perfect party rule over how you feel. You don’t want to look back at 2019 and realize you wasted this time stressing and not enjoying the moment. Instead of letting little things rule your emotions remember that they aren’t everything.
It’s hard to not get wrapped up in all the craziness that’s circling around, but remember spending time with those you love is what’s most important.
So, this Holiday season take a break and relax, laugh with friends, watch tv with family, eat all the delicious foods and drinks and have a blast. Christmas only comes once a year so make sure to make the most of it.
Once again, thank you all for making 2019 one of the most special blogmas and blogging years. It has been such an amazing year and I cannot wait for all the exciting things coming in 2020. But, for now, I’m going to go bake my gluten & dairy-free apple pie, wrap some presents, and go for a run! Because starting Thursday I will be sharing my marathon training posts again! 🙂
Happy Holidays everyone! and, thank you to those who read, liked, and commented on all my blogmas posts! It’s not too late to get a shout out on my after Christmas post!
