Who else loves cake! I know I am not alone in my unhealthy obsession with sweets ๐Ÿ™‚ . I have recently been loving making this cake recipe on the weekends because it has been an absolute hit with my friends and family. I think it’s because of the sprinkles, they make the inside of the cake so colorful it’s like eating a rainbow. ๐Ÿ™‚

If you love cake then you are going to love my take on the classic funfetti cake. This recipe is gluten free and dairy free and made with my favorite organic vanilla frosting from Simple mills! Then to top the cake I use rainbow sprinkles (gluten free) and you can it a night with a slice or two (most likely 3 ๐Ÿ™‚ ) of this cake!

If you’re looking to make this a tiered cake then all you have to do is double or triple this recipe, frost, sprinkle and you’re done!
