Gluten free & dairy free cornbread – blogmas day 20

Ever since I was a young kid I have always loved corn bread! In muffin form or in loaf form, I will search it out and eat every last crumb on my plate! Since I have been at home so much, instead of buying it, I decided to try my hands at making my own recipe. It took some time, a lot of trial and error- some batches were too dry, others too soggy, and then finally I got the recipe right!

This cornbread is not only gluten free but also dairy free for all my friends out there! It’s easy to make and stores perfectly so you can have it morning after morning for the perfect breakie! And, since the Holidays are here this dish is perfect for your Christmas dinner and will fit perfectly with every Holiday food spread. πŸ™‚
